The Carpenter Memorial Library Building was a gift to the City of Manchester from Frank P. Carpenter in memory of his wife, Elenora. The building opened in 1914 and has undergone a recent renovation to enhance its architecture while serving as a modern public library. The library hosts a variety of family friendly events, shows, movie screenings, and more throughout the year.
